Lots of our ideas include modifications of the game's database. Instead of adding small things on for each separate system, I'm instead simply creating a script based database. This allows us to do many things, including stat limit breaks (HP > 9999, level > 99, etc.), add a completely new stat (MP), modify database properties (multi-line descriptions, skills with HP/SP/MP costs, etc.), and even configure new properties (timed hits, etc.).
I've already made it, I just thought I'd introduce everyone to the concept so that they are aware of the possibilities. And because most other scripting tasks will involve some sort of addition or modification to this database.
