Title: Spriters Resource
Post by: Futendra on April 06, 2012, 05:19:20 am
When searching for RPG Maker XP sprites today, I came across this site:

http://spriters-resource.com/

I think this is a great site for non-Rmxp games!

The Spriters' Resource is a haven for Video Game sprites. Updated every time with a battalion of new sprites, you can use them for fan-games, backgrounds for certain areas, maybe even battlers depending on the size of it. A great choice and highly recommendable if you haven't heard of it yet. Make sure to try and credit all the individual spriters however, and not just the site.

Didn't read that topic, sorry, this can be deleted/locked  :^_^':

EDIT: Oh, it is in the RPG Maker section, I thought the sprites weren't too great for RPG Maker

Any sprite can be used in rpg maker :P as long as you know what your doing you can create the "illusion" that you are not using some top-down rpg engine lol.

True but this site has a lot of rips of other games, which would be helpfull for making fangames (This is more likely to be done in other programs)?
