*hugs tight* Yes thank you, it will be used on thing's I need. I'm down to a half a bottle of shampoo and been sneaking use of others to make it last >.< Plus 'monthly' supplies and any other little thing's I need. The only thing the ass is willing to spend his oh mighty money on me is for my meds that he thinks I'm not taking (though I wonder if hed put his foot down on that too). Yeahh if I'm not why do I need a refill?!
(STORY TIME!)
Two years ago I was diagnosed
Symmetric Psoriatic arthritis, something I suffered from sense 14 years of age but doctors kept just brushing it off as ohh I pulled something because I was heavily into sports. Or it was this causing the joint pain or that. A few times I had to sit out a game when I was in softball because my knees were burning. (at this point my Psoriasis was isolated to just my scalp)
The pain was manageable up until I went into collage in 05. Something during then made it flair up and I went from running the halls jogging up the stairs to get to class's to having to walk and take the elevator near graduation in 08. My weight balooned in that time as my mobility was going down hill and doctors went from saying I pulled this or strained that to 'Oh it's your weight, lose it and the pain will go away'. vnskhls;r;ahtgjvdr4w8tyvq34 It was so bad I couldn't get up off the bed one night and was sobbing. It was also in school that my Psoriasis invaded my forehead and started to really spread.
In 09 I was taken to the emergency room because my left elbow became nearly locked in place in a bent position. The joint had become so inflamed it could not be moved, and it was there that one of the doctors suspected psoriatic arthritis and recommended me to a specialist.
He was the first doctor to take what was happening seriously and not blame the weight, he was shocked at how long it had gone untreated or undiagnosed. I had full body xrays taken and yeah, it's pretty advanced. Much longer with how much joint damage I had and pain I was in I was facing life in a whealchair very soon. He then told me of another person he treated that has the same thing as he and was bedridden.
Strong Meds and determination have kept me on my feet. So you can imagen the ASS making me WALK these plazas in search for work are not in no way easy for me. Why it took 4 hours to walk one. x.x I still may face a future in a whealchair and that's scary.
Oh as for my left arm. The joint damage and inflammation that locked it in place left it partly crippled. While I can bend the joint again, it's only a about half the motion it use to have. I can't straiten it out nor can I fully bend it. I can't touch my shoulder at all (finger tips stop about 3 inches from my shoulder) with it no matter how I bend the arm and if I hold my arms out striate my left if I put my hands together my left hand would stop just short of my right wrist. (give an idea of the rage x.x)
