First of all I must say I am impressed with this forum.
Now that this is out of the way
I can tell you that I was trying for over two weeks or so to register.
I kept getting the "Error with confirmation code" thingie, and was like
What Teh Hell dude?Then today I realised there are some letters under the Code that say you should add first and last number or first and second.
So I will always ctrl+zoom my Opera from now on
I found this very nice forum around March when I decided I was done with making lame 10 map games with RPG Maker XP to joke
with ma buddies. (Full Core RGSS
) So I wanted to make a nice old school game with some cool things I had seen in other games.
And I started only to realize that the RPG Maker XP battlers, characters and such were not sufficient, so i typed RPG Maker XP resources in google
and when I found this forum/site I loved it from the first minute (some of the guys too
) but didn't register and just kept browsing.
So I guess I should say some things about me.
I am from Greece and I am currently studying in a Greek University about Electronics and whatnot.
I absolutely freaking love old school RPG and text adventure games (although they drive me mad) (its a love-hate relationship I guess)
My skills concerning RPG Maker XP if someone is interested to ask for my help in his game are: Mild image editing (I take stuff and change the hell out of them mostly),
Light scripting (working to improve on that) and I guess my strongest skill is the game's Lore (Story, Dialogs, Char Background etc) and searching the Google (hmm probably
doesn't stick with the rest
)
I am currently working on an old school RPG Maker XP project entitled
Broken Realm with static battle system similar to the one that comes with the Maker.
If anyone is interested to know more about the Project let me know. (I am currently trying to decide if it is possible to swallow my pride and admit I need help though
)
