*This is an interesting set of well, Everything. Also if you have a GIF Creator, you can cut/copy/paste and Use them for Gmaker :D.

You don't need a gif creator to import them into game maker. Game maker can create sub images from sprite sheets.

BYW, your link is screwd up. You don't need URL tags if your just pasting the entire link anyway.
I am done scripting for RMXP. I will likely not offer support for even my own scripts anymore, but feel free to ask on the forum, there are plenty of other talented scripters that can help you.
