Using: Blizz-ABS and Blizz-ABS Visual Equipment
What I Want: I want the Blizz-ABS Visual Equipment layer to be modified so it has an extra layer over all Armour for hair. I want to be able to change what is on ACTOR IDS "Hair Layer" by an Event Script Call.
