Character Creation System

I'm looking for a character creation script. I know that there is an event-made one on here, but I don't want to spend the time to make every sprite. I tried that but I accidentally deleted all of the sprites after three weeks of spriting. I want one that works like this.

Except that it is permanent and it is things like skin color and hairstyle, instead of armour.
Any help is appreciated.
