Script Combination Issue

In RPG Maker XP I use "MP's Balloon Messages" script, and it has worked fine till I added "Stormtronics CMS".
Now I get an error saying

Script 'MP Balloon Messages' line 404: TypeError occured no implicit conversation from nil to integer

So these 2 scripts don't work well together, does anyone know how I could fix this?
