An update on why I am inactive, this could be a goodbye.

So, I have been away for a long time now, this is mainly because I can not be online that often lately.

I am in front of my last year at middle school but my dreams are about to get smashed big time. My father lost his job and since my mother had cancer twice, I have no choice but to work soon. This means I'll be going into the world with only an art education, no work experience and no money to start up my life. This has been quite a hit in the face for me, my hobbies will have to wait (RPG Maker too) and I have simply no idea how I could do this all. The only possible way is to get a job during my studies but since my studies will bring a shitload of work with them already, this wont be easy. And above that, I live far away from where the school is. So transportation will cost much already, and searching for something to rent there is completely out of mind. The studies I want to do also require a 2'000 euro laptop and a lot of professional programs. The last 3 months were rough for me, I pretty much just spent my holidays at my volunteer work and in the evenings spending my earned money there. For the online part, we had to downgrade our internet and now we have a limitation that is half the amount of internet I use in 2 weeks, so I've been without internet a lot already.

This is probably the end of me being here on the forums, I had a pretty good time here. It was fun to see all the projects grow into something.

Probably goodbye,
Futendra

That sucks, man. :/ I hope you can get things sorted out. The most important thing is that you find a job now, then you can take things from there. Good luck!

Thanks, my head is about to explode at the moment. My girlfriend is great support for me lately and her father already helped me with a job but it will be barely enough for the laptop I'll need...

We all face these powerful hardships in our life, the best way to tackle them is never give up on hope and keep fighting no matter what. Once you find your path everything will be good again (if not better than before!).
Remember! This is just a part of your life, not your whole life. Once you're done with this 'shit' you're going to find peace.

They key to success lies within your heart. Never give up.

Thanks for the advice, it means a lot to hear such a thing from you. + I'll be able to get on the forums again since my mobile phone can get the internet signal of the neighbours, but my pc can't...

ForeverZer0

Tether your phone to send the signal to your PC.
I have done that times when the power went out and the router wasn't working. It was slow because all I had was 3G, but its better than nothing. You should get better if your phone is getting a Wi-Fi signal.
I am done scripting for RMXP. I will likely not offer support for even my own scripts anymore, but feel free to ask on the forum, there are plenty of other talented scripters that can help you.

I'm really sorry to hear that. You may have already considered this, but there are webshops who offer student discounts on PC stuff. I believe you live in Vlaanderen (the Dutch part of Belgium), right? I found this website for you; perhaps it's worth taking a look at: http://www.campusshop.be/.
