The RPG Maker I am using is RPG Maker XP.

The problem I am having is, RMX-OS is lagging with Blizz-ABS.

I have confirmed this is only happening with Blizz-ABS because I just downloaded the default RMX-OS, no scripts besides RMX-OS itself,
and no lag.

I have a Desktop and a Labtop and tested WITH and WITHOUT Blizz-ABS. It lags with Blizz-ABS, when one player isn't moving but one is, the player moving lags on the others client.

When both players move, there is no lag between players, on both clients.

WITHOUT Blizz-ABS, I moved one character, he did not lag on the other client

If anyone could help, or if you don't understand what I explained above, please reply. But I'd appreciate any help on this <3

These are network problems and can't actually be fixed. Combined with RMXP's general slowness and the fact that Blizz-ABSEAL has to be disabled when RMX-OS is present, this ends up causing problems like this.

But without Blizz-ABS inside of RMX-OS, it doesn't lag at all. So are you sure it is network and not something within the script?

Blizzard

As I said, RMXP's limitations and the fact that Blizz-ABS has a shitload of stuff to process and the built-in anti-lag system has to be disabled because of RMX-OS.

Oh ok.. Thanks for the help/replies anyway :/ probably gonna have to disable it now due to the fact the lag is somewhat un-bearable.

hmm, i can only wonder if you maybe set up something wrong.. I had blizz abs and rmxos together at one point.. and there was no lag at all.. On a decent size map 80x80ish but only a couple of events...but then again i only used localhost not an actual server, so this may make my argument invalid :P

For some reason I don't know how to make localhost work for two different PC's..
Still, it's quite unfortunate I won't be able to use Blizz-ABS in my client :(

Blizzard

You can't make localhost work for 2 different PCs. localhost works only on the current PC, no other PC can connect to it from the outside.

I always tested things by opening 2 windows lol and having 2 accounts, but I guess you couldn't do this if you made something to block more than one connection per ip. (That's also not the best way to test an orpg lol.)
