IDK if you some of you read the book The Power of Now. I've read a shorter version and it has some pretty good spiritual concepts. There's an even "shorter" version in form of a video. I just finished watching and it's pretty good refreshing my memory. I've been a bit too much in the "unconscious mode" in the recent weeks. I'm most likely going to start meditating from tomorrow again.
