Story-driven "Psychological Thriller"

I recently started a Unity project. I never opened Unity before so this is all a first time for me.
My goal is to create a story-driven playthrough game that has barely no interaction, but confronts the player with multiple elements, such as story, memory loss, murder and the uncontrollable self. The game is located in a jungle, that seems to be entirely removed from civilization. The only facts that the player has for granted are his surroundings and writings on the rocks.

My plans are to make the game a visual and emotional experience, whereas the player is confronted by a situation that would be hard to get a hold of.

I have no knowledge of C# but want to make the ending of the game something very unique and overwhelming, with the use of audiovisual changes, ending the game by shutting down itself.
