Script... Add Actor

Okay, I am looking for a script that will add x actor to your party, and if your party already has 6 actors, add it into the first open slot in the party switcher save box or whatever...

I am hoping to run this small script in the event menu - script 

I think this would be easy, I maybe wrong

Basically a pokemon catch system. xD

No, I got that part, it says you caught the pokemon, but it dosnt add it in battle, outside of battle it works fine, but during a battle it dosnt, so I am trying to find an alternative way of adding the actor to the party, and the transfering it to the party storage was just a little extra, the main part it just gettin the actor...

Anyone???
