my laptop started running really slow and i dont know why, so i looked at my processes tab and found i have a constant 70%-100% CPU usage andi want to know why.

my laptop started to slow down after saturday... and didnt really get this bad untill monday, it barely runs internet explorer, and whenver i run a rmvx it stop doing anything for a few mins. it has to be a virus, or do you think my laptop got to hot and burned its parts?  i duno i love this laptop.

here are some of the thigns on the list that give alot of cpu usage

iexplore.exe
csrss.exe
spoolsv.exe
nvsvc32.exe
wmiprvse.exe
taskmgr.exe ( i dont know why this would give alot of cpu usage)

thats the ones with the top CPU.

someone help me please.

1) internet explorer sucks, that's why it uses so much CPU solution
2) csrss.exe <- don't turn it off
3) spoolsv.exe <- check your printers etc...
4) nvsvc32.exe <- nVIDIA program
5) wmiprvse.exe <- windows application process
6) this is the task manager, which you just opened to view the processes tab.  It stops using CPU once you close it.

my advice, click the check box for 'show processes from all users' and see if a virus scanner is going.
or check for spyware/viruses ( I suggest AVG and Spybot S&D )

also, you could use this security task manager
