[XP] Quest Log Script

I need a quest log script that I can easily just add a quest via script call. I would use Samo the Thief's but all the topics I found for it didnt have the script.

I really dont like Zeriabs a whole lot but if I cant find anything I'll use his. If anything just post links to different quest scripts. Please help me

Ouch, I personally liked that script, but I plan to create my quest system through pictures and eventing.
Maybe somebody has a copy of it. A lot of people took interest in his script when he 1st posted it.

yea if I did have it I would have modded it and I found Samo's but the code is messy as hell and I cant make it the way I want to because everything is all jacked up and stuff so bleck

Scripters who think they can script, but mess everything up by using sorry coding??

It would be better if they kept those scripts to themselves and their own projects rather then distributing them. Or, before releasing the actual script, make sure it goes through a vigorous screening by volunteered forum mods.

That way, it's easier for others to understand/modify.

  I got a extra hard drive I put it all on lol.. so many battler pic's icon's animated battlers ect... XD
haha also got a face graphic script and a materia script that I have no clue how it works

  At the start of your game in a call script
  
  -$quest[x] - Quest.new(name, image, line, difficulty, state)
  
  x will be a number.

I suggest you stick with Z's script, though.

thanks reaper but I ended up making my own quest system xD

I just made it more complicated then a quest system needed to be via code. The quests are items, you have to define location and reward for description wise and you have to give the items via script call. You also have to use a script call to complete the quest.
