A barrier system

I need a game add on.
I'm using blizzards abs.
I need a barrier system that can create different barriers. Needs to make a walls and circle barriers. It needs also to be able have attributes added to the barrier. It also requires for items to be able to use it.

And what do these barriers do?

Prevent movement?  Hurt whoever touches it?  Serves delicious lying cake to enemies?
