Cel-shading is A LOT different from spriting... Spriting is pixel art for characters and Cel-shading is for battlers and stuff...

Yap that's cel shading - hard cel to be more precise.
(Unless it's not called hard cel... but the other way is soft... and opposite of soft is hard! XD)
