Okay so I made a blue mouse cursor theme thing. It covers most cursors. Not sure if this will work in windows xp because I have windows vista. Anyways here's some pictures of them.

Then click Mouse Pointers
Now click one of the mouse cursors to replace and click browse
Now choose the one of the blue cursors i made.
