What custom looks do you use in your OS?

So, i want to know, what kind of customisized looks you have for your Operating Systems (OS for short)

And an advice for those who don't know what OS means: ShowHide

[/size]Operating System means the graphical (or maybe even in some extremely rare cases, text based) interface. (the thing that shows up on the screen.) Examples: Macinthoses, Winodws's, Linux's)

Also, i want to know where you get them (so others who like the may get them as well). This kinda reminds the post your deskopt, and i admit, is similiar, but i want to know your custom looks, not your deskopts...  get it?

And i forgot to ask, what program are you using to customisize: StyleXP (thats what im using), windoblinds (downloading out of curiosety), or something else?
