You know. I've looked all over the place, but i couldn't find anything. and it surprised me that no one has done this yet.

Somebody should make a Fallout style script for rpg maker. You know, it has to be an ABS, with Targeted Attacking, (like V.A.T.S), Action Points, a character wieght limit. stuff like that.

Ii know most of some of these things exist so why doesn't someone just put them all together to make a Fallout script bundle.

What do you guys think?

That's because Fallout 3 was an FPS with RPG elements and not an RPG.

There are weight scripts around, I think there's even one on this forum here. As for V.A.T.S., actually you can simulate it using Blizz-ABS and skills that select their target and then you can just use the skill's hit chance for the probability.

Yeah, thats true. i'm actually going to give that a try. i did see a Pip-Boy style menu thing, i think it might actually work.
