hi, first of all, sory for my English...
second... I have a little problem... I can't change the opacity of my character(s) from an event... well, I really can't change it at all...

I'm using RMXP, and "Ton of add-ons" script...
I test it in a new proyect and worked, so the program is not the problem, then I insert "Ton of add-ons" alone (the 3 parts) and when I try it the character is as visible as he was before the event...

I really need to use opacity, I search for this problem in the forum and found one guy that did the same question, but with a diference, he was trying to make the character disapear, so he could use another options to do this... but I need the character to be just a little transparent, and I really don't want to use lots of sprites to "simulate" the diferent "quantitys" of opacity I need to use... and I don't want to stop using "ton of add-ons" because it have really userfull scripts, and conveniently compatible with my battle system.

I have been searching in the script, but I couldn't find any part of it that controls the opacity OF CHARACTERS... so if anyone could help me I will apreciate...

Again, I'm sorry for my english, I hope I haven't been rude or something...

This is my first post, and as I don't FULLY understand English, I don't know If I'm doing it well... so, if mods have something to tell me or to change in my post, please do it, and I will try to be more stick to the rules and to the language :P...

Thanks and sorry...

Um... I'm not sure, but I think you have to change a character's opacity from the Set Move Route command.

On the event panel, go to Page 2, 2nd from the bottom of the 1st section... > Set Move Route
Then on the right > Change Opacity.

Try that?

I have mentioned numerous times already that the opacity issue is something related to the caterpillar and that it cannot be removed. If you want to be able to change the player opacity, use an event or completely delete the caterpillar add-on.

Thanks for the answers, I think I just have to delete the caterpillar script :(

You can edit the first post and just change the title.

I think I'm going to remove that opacity control feature from the caterpillar so people stop complaining. :P
