000webhost File Access

I've uploaded files to the public_html folder but the only thing that is accessible is .php and .html files. I've tried zip, rar, txt, and mp3's but none of them I can access. Everytime I go to this link for example.
http://gameguysprojects.site50.com/titlescreen.txt it says the page is unavailable as if there's no file there at all.

I think their ToS don't allow some file extensions. ._.

thats really stupid >__> but I got it, I decided to see if I could use a simple extension rename and it worked
