It seems that multiple monitors are popular today :)

No fancy themes right now. Not on this computer anyway :)

Also, yeah UltraMon is really good.

2008 and 2010.  I haven't converted a few of my old projects to .NET 4.0 because of a lot of compatibility issues that I would need to rewrite.

You can use .NET 2.0 with C# 2010.

I know, but it would ask me if I wanted to convert the solution to 4.0 every time I opened it, and it generally had a longer load time than 2008.
