My dumb attempt at coloring

Well.. heres my first attempt (I was sober at this time.. what are the chances..

You're being too harsh at yourself. This is not a bad coloring. Of course, it can do better, I know better techniques (Though I don't how to use them properly ), but it's still pretty nice. This is a review on the coloring, so I'm not going to criticize on the drawing (Like there's much for me to nit pick at art-wise anyway). I've seen worse coloring, and since you were sober (Though I don't see anything derailing about sobriety), that may be a handicap....or an advantage.

Gradient? I havent use PS, thats handmade.

The only experience I have in writing reviews is writing an Elite Beat Agents one around the old Nintendo Nsider forum, which people really liked. Other than that, I have no review credentials or job. But since I'm a fast typist, I just erm...type away at what I think. Sure it seems long, but it's still informative, if you don't mind the extra words. XD

And also, I'm pretty good at Essay writing, so maybe that's something that helps as well...

I don't know how to properly do it, but it's basically an inking and then color with a big large paintbrush, and then shade around and merge at the correct areas. It's ugly-sounding right now, but it's something that's used in animes and those masterful promotional pictures of anime/manga or what the regular master of Photoshop would do...
