I have just found with my experience that criticism is more useful than pure praise

Quoted for truth. I'd much rather have someone tell me something they didn't like about my work than "everything was perfect, there's nothing you can do to improve."

On that note, Namkor offers some pretty solid advice. I'm not much of an artist myself, but it seems like helpful criticism, so maybe it's a good starting point as you look over the feedback and decide how to modify some of your work.
