Need an opinion on something.

So I am working on an rpg using XNA. Well I am trying to create my own template for sprites. Thoughts and opinions please?

Thanks. I'm going to make another head for it instead of using an edited version of the XP sprites. And I think the tail needs some work to it. But so far I am happy with it.

That was going to be my only complaint; the coloring on the head is slightly off. If you're going to be using a different one, though, then I can see why you wouldn't bother to fix that.
Anyway, it looks good. How far along are you on your game? It'll be interesting to try an RPG made in something other then RPG Maker.

Not too far along right now. Mainly getting the story down right now along with characters and background of the story and characters done, and evidently working on sprites too. As I get farther along with the game though I will post more information on CP.

I started to work on a different head. Trying to make it look a little more proportional. I am thinking it look too small though. Any comments or suggestions?

I like the shape of the head. Looks nice =D
