I've read through some of this, and it seems to me that nobody here knows whats going on, or even who is actually still working on it. So I guess you can try to finish it, but it won't actually get finished with all of this confusion going on. xD

I'm going to add a list of people currently working on this, however small their contribution may be. The problem with getting this project off the ground is that everyone working on it has got their own projects they're currently working on. When those projects are finished, RPGA will pick up. Till then, this pond is going to be fairly stagnant.
