BABS how do I enable events with skill?

hello I am a stranger and I would use the first BABS I used XAS abs but I changed because of what Blizz has many more functions, is more compatible and can be an ally.

but now I have a problem as I can trigger events on the map through skill or weapons?
Example: with an arrow to activate a lever, or a magic fire from far away to light a brazier in contact with the projectile fire.
