Ghouls'n Demons this is a Fan Game (actually the first one I picked to do) the series Ghouls'n Ghost (Ghosts' n Goblins) and Demon Crest, respectively.
I am producing the game with some "loyalty". All elements of the series will be present, but in an open and non-linear gameplay (Castlevania SOTN style)
Prologue - The beginning ... Ghouls'n Demons happens two years after the events of Ghouls'n Ghosts (in chronological order, Ghosts' n Goblins (NES), Super Ghouls'n Ghosts [SNES] and Ghouls'n Ghosts [Genesis]) and after Firebrand be trapped in their world, accused of murdering Genevive ( Prinprin in the Japanese versions of Ghouls'n Ghosts), thus causing the appearance of Arthur in his world and killing Loki, the current emperor of the world of Ghouls.
Firebrand, escapes from prison, and he is hunted by demons Atma and Phanlax, finds that those murdered Genevive, and destroys them. But Unfortunately, this only increased his share of blame in the world of ghouls, and he is accused death. Provided with the power that remained in the Crests, he flees to the human world, to try to find Arthur, convinced that he did not kill Genevive and go after the soul of it, in order to prove to everybody of his innocence.
Until finally meet Arthur, he finds a fallen king, if no perspective on life. The only thing that still keeps alive Arthur, is again able to regain Genevive, and just say once again that he loves her ...
To meet with Firebrand, the same does not arise in fighting posture, as not that he has strengths, and always referring to Firebrand as "Creator of my hell."
Firebrand tells Arthur about the possibility of revising Genevive, and asks for his help, but reveals nothing about his real goal, says only that he "repented" of his achievement, which was at the behest of Lord Loki, and that without it, he should bow to the bravest who defeated him.
Arthur, following the dreams of Genevive review, share with Firebrand, heading for hell itself in search of the soul of Genevive, for it to prove to everybody who was the real cause of his death.
