so for now we can call it 'Sephris'
Prologue,
Remembrance
This is a story of misery and unhappiness. Long ago the people only believed in Angels and the Holy Father, but now, there is confirmed existence of at least one angel. She was discovered one day.
This being, known as Sephri was just a normal human, until one day when something went horribly wrong. Sephri was caught in an unfortunate circumstance, and around her people she knew, people she loved were dying, one at a time, and she never was touched.
Soon it would be, that her own rage was to be wrought. Her entire being changed, and soon peoples' lives were being cut short by the vengeful wrath of a teenager scarred by wars worst evils.
People recognized her for what she was, an Angel of death, and they feared her for it, and despite anything they tried to do they couldn't stop her, they even sent an entire country's military up against her, only to have it be destroyed by the Angel.
Wings a black midnight, eventually her existence was seen to be destroyed, and her life ended, and Death's hands clutched the Angel of Death which had plagued humanity. People thanked their Holy Father. Others, wondered.
Why had the Holy Father sent one of his subjects to kill them? Why had he left them to lose many of their loved ones and soldiers?
Some had lost their faith.
And one, finding a True Text, knew what was to happen.
He read, and deciphered, and understood, and he knew.
God, the Holy Father, all such things, are false. Angels, however, exist. But not as Divine Messengers of His Will.
They were the Ultimate, the Powerful, not necessarily the Right, but the True. The Ultimate, Powerful, True, beings of the planet.
Each one represented a different thing.
The man knew, he'd have to warn humanity of the coming darkness. The coming death. Sephris was just the beginning, the warning. He had to extend the warning to let the devastated race know.
That was a few thousand years ago.
We hear about this crazy man who found a 'True Text' and said that God doesn't exist, and that Angels would kill us all.
Sephris was killed, and along with her the chance for future Angels, true, we don't know what in her DNA caused her to be able to be that powerful, but she was, and she died, and a dark chapter in humanity's existence was ended.
We still hear of this idiots rambling and idiocy.
His most famous quote is something we read on a daily basis.
'God does not exist, HE NEVER DID! Sephris was a warning! WE MUST HEED THAT WARNING! Sephris will come again! HUMANITY WONT BE ABLE TO DEFEND ITSELF!' and it continues from there, it was a whole speech.
But we in school wonder, why? If the guy was such a kook, why learn about him?
Alright everyone gets it, the guy was stupid, and by then, Atheism and Polytheism had been eliminated, but just Sephris's showing was enough to bring back Atheism, and then this man reversed the effects of the Sephlaron Project.
Sephlaron Project?
That was where a man used science to prove that God exists, a single God only, he proved not only that it was possible, but that it HAD to have happened. The Sephlaron Project was incredible, there was not a single person that could disprove it.
Until Sephris that is.
So were currently in the year 4587 KX.
KX stands for Kina Xelra, the year that marked humanity's return to magic. Kina Xelra is actually two words from an ancient language that means 'Mark of Magic' there is no record of how humanity has that information, as, although we have all the words from the language, only the two have been properly translated.
And so, we, the humans of year 4587 KX learn about that fool.
And yet.
Nowadays.
Some of us have to wonder.
Was that idiot right?
There was that one city that was completely destroyed with no survivors, and there seems to be no explanation for how it happened. It just suddenly became a ruin overnight.
But yet, the loss of one city has not impacted the world, it was a useless city, just full of people, nothing important coming out, only the normal going in.
And that was years ago.
And that concludes today's lesson.
See you tomorrow, students.
