If you didn't know it yet, Leslie Nielsen has died at the age of 84. The world has lost a fine comedian and a great actor. May he rest in peace. You can pay your respects for him in here.
:'(
I actually liked many of his movies. One of my personal Nielsen favorites is Spy Hard, a fun parody of agent-action movies. May he rest in peace.

I just saw the news somewhere else. ._. May he rest in peace.

Dunno why the heck his parents gave him a woman's name but.. ermm, RIP?

Copy and paste this if you are the 5% that would shout "Jump assholes!"

Everyone mourns for every actor, but when people like Jose Saramago die, apparently nobody gives a fuck. Nice.
Eh, may Leslie Nielsen rest in piece anyways, whoever he might be.

I don't really mourn for actors except the ones I like. Actually I don't mourn, I just say they the should rest in peace. Everybody deserves at least that.

I said RIP when Michael Jackson died as well. He was probably turned into plastic bags.

I'm actually surprised that you don't know who Leslie Nielson was. But on the other hand, I don't know who Jose Saramago was either.

But on the other hand, I don't know who Jose Saramago was either.

"José de Sousa Saramago, GColSE (Portuguese pronunciation: [ʒuˈzɛ sɐɾɐˈmaɣu]; (16 November 1922 - 18 June 2010) was a Nobel-laureate Portuguese novelist, poet, playwright and journalist. His works, some of which can be seen as allegories, commonly present subversive perspectives on historic events, emphasizing the human factor.

Saramago was awarded the Nobel Prize for Literature in 1998.[1] More than two million copies of his books have been sold and translated into 25 languages.[2][3] He founded the National Front for the Defence of Culture (Lisbon, 1992) with Freitas-Magalhães and others. In 1992, the Portuguese government, under Prime Minister Aníbal Cavaco Silva, ordered the removal of The Gospel According to Jesus Christ from the European Literary Prize's shortlist, claiming the work was religiously offensive. Saramago complained of censorship[4] and moved to Lanzarote in the Canary Islands, Spain, where he resided until his death.[5][6]

A proponent of libertarian communism,[7] Saramago came into conflict with some groups, such as the Catholic Church. Saramago was an atheist who defended love as an instrument to improve the human condition."

That's amazing. It's really a shame that people value more the people that entertain them than the people that make their lives easier.

I'm just sad that noone around even seems to have noticed he died. And if I tell people, I always get the same "Who the hell is that supposed to be." >.>
