Requesting a Program

Don't worry, it should be somewhat simple, but it's just a bit beyond the scope of my abilities.

Basically, I need (well, don't need, really; want would be more appropriate,) is a program somewhat similar to G_G's Spritesheet GIF creator, but rather than creating a .gif, it creates an RMXP spritesheet from some other type of spritesheet.

It would work like this:

Select an image to use.
Input the number of columns and rows the image is split into.
Select which frames you want to use in the new spritesheet.
New spritesheet is generated and saved.

I don't think it would be that much trouble to make, and I'm sure many people, including myself, would get a lot of use out of it. If anyone wants to take a few minutes and do this for me, I would be very appreciative.

I could do this. However the only problem I forsee is that most sprite sheets I find aren't evenly aligned.

Maybe whipping out a nice program will calm my nerves.
