VX Script Port to XP

Hi again this time i have a really big thing here ^^
its an rmvx script which is unique, that means is the only script in that kind on web i think
Its called Yanfly Engine RD - Subclass Selection System, and it is a job system with subclass and many features.
now my question is who can port this to xp  
i think this would be very hard and only possible to experts so guys pl~~~~~~~~~s convert it

Not the same by any means, but bears some similer features.
The likliness of anyone buckling down and taking the time it takes to convert a script of that magnitude from VX to XP, you might as well stick to VX, or find a different script to replace it for XP.

btw gubid told me he will make a vx to xp converting tuorial so i stall have hope
