[XP] HP and SP accessories, poison

Here are problems which I don't know how to solve:
1. I want to change amount of life, which poison takes. It takes about 10%, I want to change it to 5%.
2. I want to create accessories which will give more HP or SP. It's not possible to do it normaly, so is there any script for this? I need for eg. Extra Heart that will give 300 HP tp max HP of hero, if equipped.

Yes, I know, but it doesn't work in my project. When I use this script I get some kind of bug, maby because I've got many other scripts.

Did you turn it on? Did you configure it? Did you start a new game (turning it on in the script won't turn it on in older savegames)?

I downloaded 3 parts and turned on only accessories HP/SP +. And I started new game, and there was problem with part 1 (which wasn't turned on).
