It's all configured EXACTLY as this post teaches. How do I check if my router is ported correctly?

I've downloaded it an tried to set it up for a few hours now, but the same thing keeps happening! My server is perfectly set up, but when I start the game it says it's offline! (Yes, all IP stuff is configured) What have I done wrong?

If you can't port forward a server correctly, you shouldn't be making an mmo.
Anyways you should check if the server list is correctly set up in the RMX-OS Options script, also if you're hosting yourself you should check if your router is correctly port forwarded for port 54269.
Also note that if you have the server running on your external ip, you should set it also to your external ip in the options.

Press the connection and then you should have a list of databases on the left if i'm not mistaken.
I had that error on linux(using 32-bits ruby) too and I fixed it by installing the mysql gem.
And changing the line in RMX-OS.rb from require to require 'mysql'

Not sure what version to download? Please read the right column for recommendations.

Ruby 2.0.0-p247
Ruby 2.0.0-p247 (x64)
Ruby 1.9.3-p448
Ruby 1.8.7-p374

which ones x86?

Ruby 2.0.0-p247, and if that doesn't work you can always use ruby 1.9.3
I used to listen to his music on newgrounds all the time  8)

Rather than trying to get this script to work, maybe try doing this?,12899.0.html

It'll definitely make your game a lot smoother/faster.

I know but it's a lot of work when you're using Pokemon Essentials with RMX-Os plus some extra scripts for compatibility.
I've tried it before, and there were so many bugs I just gave up.

I figured Pokemon Essentials would already support custom resolutions, doesn't it include a tilemap rewrite?

It does support custom resolutions, however as far as I know F0's method is way faster.

Has anyone gotten this to work with Pokemon Essentials?
Hey man I noticed you used my Pokemon Nox scripts from ragezone.
I don't mind because I released them myself.
But it's very annoying to see someone else say they fixed the scripts to work with rmx-os when those scripts obviously came from my release.
Some credit would be appreciated.
I've tried lan already, not working.
Yeah it was working for me too, but I had the same problem as you.
Can't see the server online even when I use localhost.
Awesome, too bad I can't use it because RMX-OS isn't working with rgss3..

When I run the server on Centos , I get this erro when logging in or registrering.
Got any ideas what the problem could be?

NVM, reinstalled server to ubuntu

Sorry for the necro, but is still compatible with rmx-os?

It is, but if i remember correctly it is not global, meaning that only you can see the armour you wear, and you can't see anyone else's.

Hmmm, that takes away the purpose for which I was going to use it (if possible)
Sorry for the necro, but is still compatible with rmx-os?

Well, I'm not entirely sure it's caused by the project converter.
But basically everytime I convert my project and fix some bugs, it gives me the code converter not found error, which I cannot fix.

F0, if you don't finish the editor another pokemon mmo will die a painful and laggy rmxp death.
I'm sorry but the code converter error keeps occuring, and I'm using the newest project converter and the newest version of the engine.
