Yeah, I've seen this video some time ago. I hoped that he might be overreacting and things aren't THAT bad, but after we tried FB's advertising for KOB a bit, we came to pretty much the same conclusion. Not to forget that it had pretty bad exposure and just a waste of money (at least in small amounts).
