I must call this update to refresh the HUD when the player pick/loot the item, isn`t it? (where to call this update in Blizz-ABS is where I´m lost)

My Item tracker script is working fine but now I need to use it on my Blizz-ABS game (+ Z-Hud). I need to update the HUD each time the player loot an item to refresh the numer of items. I have no idea where Blizz-ABS control the moment when the player loot an item, could some one help me pls?

I´m looking for a script to track items. The idea is that the player can select any item on inventory and show it on the game HUD, so he can track it when doing a quest or farming. You can see an example on the next screen of my game 7 Islands:

I have no problem to add the item to my HUD but I´m not very familiar with Windows_Selectable so I need help with this. Hope some scripter could help me.

a A Blizz-ABS platformer game




Concept
This is a short platformer game designed to be played by Kids. I made it to my little son (3 years old) and he was very exited playing it. I used BlizzABS because the jump and enemies are easy to configure (and other features like idl sprites). This is a very short game, I plan to add a few more levels in the future.



Features

  • Movement: run left/rigth, jump, leadders up/down

  • Collect 19 pink bubbles to win

  • Enemies and falls decrease your HP.

Actorsprite Maker is close to have a public version. A lot of bugs and error are now fixed due to the tester colaboration. On the first public version the progran will include 30 faces, 30 bodies, 20 legs and 30 accesories (at this moment--> 23 faces, 26 bodies, 20 legs and 29 accesories).

I´m now working on the image database update system. Finally I decided to use a ftp server to host the files. The program check for new version and download all the files from the ftp and add them to the imagelist's controls. I´m having problems with this because is more dificult that I thought, but I hope the system will be done on this week, so probably expect a public version on the April first week.

Take a look at the router NAT configuration. Maybe the IP address(the internal one) for that computer is blocked (but Internet navigation port, TCP:80). I usually made that configuration to a few IP internal addresses when I worked on a Cibercafe, so I gave those computers to "suspiceous users".

I agree with Sub, forget single core processors. [Intel® Core™ i5-2537M Processor (3M Cache, 1.40 GHz) --> 2 cores] is the smaller i5 processor. i3 processor have 2 cores but uses Intel Hyper-Threading so they are more powerfull that Pentium Dual Core E.
Go for a i3 or, if you can afford it, go for a i5.

To be honest the difference is barely visible unless you check between one and the other having your face almost into the screen.


I prefer this one, but it's up to you to keep using a 256 colors for this sprite. I think you will work a little on the blood contrast to improve the blood appearance.
