Well it's been nearly two years since I was last on, I see things haven't changed much around hear, except that the scripts are getting better and better loke always.

Welcome! / Permanently Leaving CP

Im unable to get on here almost always, and a few weeks ago RPG Maker XP died on me and I have no way to reinstall and reactivate it. I'm moving on to more complicated programs, and leaving game making to the professionals, it sucks I could even finish my game before it happened. I'm too old for this now anyhow. Oh well. to Admin go ahead and delete my account. Goodbye Chaos Project.

Welcome! / Leaving indefinitely

Sad to say but I got in trouble with the law, and I'm not allowed to use the internet unsupervised, so I got rid of my computer and no longer have RMXP or anything. It was fun while it lasted , I wish I could have at least had a good start on my game. Oh well everything must end. Well maybe I'll come back. Hopefully before Blizzard quits the scene, ( yes, it may be that long!).

Tutorials / How to set Initial Items, Gold, Weapons, and Armor through the script.

I thought that it would be a good idea to post this simple to do tutorial.
This Applies to RPG Maker XP, I'm not sure about VX, but it should work as well.
1. Go to the Script Editor and select Game_Party
2. for gold go to line 22 and enter any amount, let's say 5000.
for items, weapons, and armor (lines 25,26, and 27 respectively) enter the number for the item, weapon or armor you want then a comma (,) and then the amount you want to start with Example: @item = {1,10,2,10,3,10,4,10,5,10,6,10,7,10,8,10} that would give you items 1-8, with 10 of each.
*ALSO at line 64 you can edit the maximum allowed amount of items etc, just change the default 99 to whatever you want like 999 or 9999(crazy I know). Tested and confirmed that it works by me personally.*
