Title: [XP] Realistic Ladders
Post by: G_G on May 30, 2011, 06:59:57 pm
Realistic Ladders
Version: 1.0
Type: Realism

Introduction

This is a rebuttal to game_guy's Realistic Ladders script. I'm proving game_guy wrong that eventing can be just as efficient and easy as scripting. No offense G_G, but this method is probably more efficient.

Requires 1 variable, 1 switch, and 1 common event. Heres how everything should look like.
The switch in the common event must be on for the common event to be running.
Change the Terrain variable to whatever.
Change the terrain in the condition to the terrain you want to use for ladders.
Change the terrains of the tiles in your tileset to the one you used in the condition.

This is simple, yet makes a big difference!

(I bet G_G was furious when you showed him up like this!)
