How do you move the position of text in a message e.g. move it down by 5 pixels and right by 7 pixels. done


im trying to collect small scripts to make my self a AMS

this script is to have a picture as a background for messages.

im also looking for a letter by letter script and a script that can make the window fit to text message (not the picture, the actual windowskin) .

does anyone know of a really good podcast reciever becuase the one i found are rubbish, it would be cool as well if it had a built in video and audio player.

p.s. not ziepod becuase its f*cked up my system. -_-

ok iv gotten a new HUD that i want to edit and use, but i have been having trouble getting the transparency to look good.

the problem is that the background is white and the image uses alot of white in the shading so i keep losing the shape and i keep f*cking up when i use the rubber to do the edges. so i was hopeing that someone would help out. there will def be a powersup for it.

ok i need a message system. iv used ccoa's and dube's but they dont do what i need.

here are the features i need

i want it to becable to use a picture as a background for the text (like ccoa's) , it also needs to have a command in it that will make the text go into the centre of the screen and fit the textbox to the text, also letter by letter would be a cool feature with the skip option.

i think thats all of them, and thanks in advance for any help.

ok i just got ccoa's ums and it seems really good but i have one problem.

im using a picture for the background for the text but the text isnt positioned correctly.

ok what i need is somthing that will make a message with a certain command in it show the message in the centre of the screen in a small message box that fits the text inside.

im using Dubealex AMS, so it needs to be compatible.

all i want is so that blizz-abs sub menu can be taken away and to have the commands in stormtronics CMS.

but instead of all items from id 1 and above to stand for "i" i want items from 1 - 22 to be "i"

I need to beable to save a certain monsters hp as a variable then when i go to another map i can tell an identical enemy on the map to have the same hp as what that variable says.

Okay i need a charge animation with energy coming of him but i want it to be coming off a person as if they are just standing still. (not arms out)

is it posible to make a script that can check what map id your on then use it for conditional branches to check if im on a certian map or not.

Okay what i would like is a idle pose for this sprite (this is for winkio's idle script), all it needs to do is his hair to look like the wind is blowing it slitely. i tried doin it my self but im rubbish.

I need a portal charset. actauly i need two types.

the first one is like a round symbol on the floor that spins (i have one that glows but doesnt spin)

and the second one i would like to have it look like energy riseing from the ground.

also if you are making these charsets, one colure is only needed which will make less work but if the animation needs move frames then four use all 16 frames in a sprite and i'll use the change graphic option to animate it.

i need a tutorial on how to use the message comands e.g. bold, different coulure etc.

i did know i few but i keep forgeting so it would be great if people called post one's they know.

p.s. sorry if there is an tut already here but i couldent find any in the search

iv gotten bored of my theme for windows xp so iv been looking for a new one but i cant find any good ones. does any know of any good themes out there and where to get them.

ok iv got these sprites which i just finished recoloreing and of course they are not exacly what is needed any more for the new version of blizz abs so i was wondering becuase i was a little confused that could some one reposition them and rename them and stuff so they would work well with the abs.  also feel free to mod them a little if you feel they could look better. thanks in advance

im afta a picture of a message box that will be place at the bottom of the screen when a message is displayed.

features needed

it needs to be paper like but with a cool border, also it needs to be a good size becuase if its to small it becomes blurd when streched.

im not using face sets so i dont need a box within it to place facesets in.

iv got ultimate font over ride on tons of addons and i put it has true and placed what font i want in the correct place but it still uses the font im trying to get rid off, iv also tried changing the size just in case the font was invalid but the size also doesnt change.

any ideas on how to change the font.

im trying to make a few skills that are beam attacks but i cant find and beams as charsets. so does any one have any.

im using blizz abs but im using my own hud which only has one problem, i cant see what skill has been selected. so i was hoping that some one will be able to make a script that shows the name of the skill and shows the icon in the top right of the screen.
