Well, the generator is good and all, but as you mentioned doing RNG abuse and selecting the best bits yield extra-comical

why not take CaH's main objective and apply it to these?

soulshaker actually proposed a potential game spin-off and I thought about it a bit more.
Following the same concepts of CAH, black cards would be pictures of a drawing to a comic, each containing (still debating about these options) either one speech bubble, narration block, sound effect, or nothing at all. You will always draw three black cards to serve as your short comic (to add more fun, the "card czar" should be able to arrange the panels in whatever order they think would work best). The other players have their white cards that have various phrases, sounds, or captions that would then fill in each of the panels missing text. Cazr chooses the set that they think works best with the comic.
It would be interesting to try this if making plenty of cards and drawings weren't too hard.
