I like the double bass clef, that's a pretty cool design.

Music yes, Naruto no thank you XD Basically two things that I live for, one being music... therefore the two intertwined symbols, without either I'm not complete. :P
Still need to figure out something to symbolize the other part, though.

A lot of people get tattoos based on what's 'cool' at the time. When they age and mature, they realise they hadn't put enough thought into the permanence of a tattoo. And thus you get regrets.

Yep. I chose this one carefully over the course of about 4 months (even though it's based off another one I found on the internet) and have several meanings behind it, so no matter what happens, that'll still be a part of my life. :)
