I think this is a resource.....I just want to change a specific part of the sprite instead of the whole thing, so is there a way to easily change a sprite's color like the HUE bar in RPG Maker when choosing a character sprite? I could just paint it but it would take too long and i need to change it into more than 1 color.

Get GIMP, select a certain section of the sprite you want colored with a selection tool, adjust hue.

You could download advanced image editing software and change the hue using it. e.g. Photoshop, Paint.NET, Gimp, etc.
