Can somebody please be so kind as to change my email on my old account back to branden@decisive-media.net so I may reset my password?

I changed it and my password to random, nonsensical ones so I may take a small break from CP.
(it was a good break, mind you)

Done.  It was set to decisivegames@gmail.com fyi.

Eh, I seem to be unable to send a password reset email for my old account.

When I click the forgot password button, do I type in the email? I tried that, and it said the username does not exist.
I then tried entering the username of my old account, and it told me something about it not being activated.
So I am unable to send myself the email.

I hope this can get sorted, and I appreciate the help I have received thus far.

try again.  If it still doesn't work, I'll manually set it and email you the password.

no... I just checked, there is an actual ban on your account triggered by your username set on December 9 2011  while I have the power I don't have the Authority to remove it so you'll have to wait for Winkio or Blizz.

I see no discussion on the mod board, but I'm leaving it for Blizz just to be sure.

It's funny... I could sign on just fine a couple months ago.

it could be a simple as the ban you were given right as you left got merged with the old ban to keep the list clean and ended up setting it up worng

Seriously though, I actually banned you for being a dick and changing your email address to byebyeassfags@penis.com so I just set it to decisivegames@live.com. Your account had to be revalidated and you obviously had no access to it. Since you actually said that you didn't like this site anymore (which is at least what G_G said) and de-affiliated without the decency letting me know directly (using G_G as message boy again, how low of you), I simply figured that that a ban would be more or less symbolic since you're not really coming back anyway and this was basically to keep it that way in case you have a weak moment. The stupid email address hurt a bit me actually, though.

EDIT: I did revalidate the account about 12 hours ago, though.

EDIT: Oh, right, I should probably remove the ban.

• I had no way to let you know myself, as I could not log in here, and I for the life of me cannot remember my MSN log in(I could have just recovered the password, but there was a lot of people on there who would harass me upon first sign in, so I though "meh"). >.>

How many people in this age are going to keep their current usernames or even still use the internet in 20 years? Not a great very many I do think. a number of people will get absorbed by life and simply move on from the internet as a place t ohang out and use it more and more for business purposes, with usernames like "firstinitialmiddleinitiallastnamenumbers@businessincorporated.org" for emails and firstinitial lastnamenumbers for usernames on messageboards.

I don't think it will really become an issue, but pretty much every trend shows that the internet is increasingly popular with older generations, nothing points to the current generation not using it in 20 years, quite the opposite actually. More and more business and daily things actually require internet access, and I am sure that trend will continue.
