What do you think? Critiques and comments please. (Aside the fact that some of the colors of the jacket is weird)

Well it is, but your particular style looks good that way. At least to me.
Problems:
- No light effects on the shirt.
- No shading on the shirt.
- Minimal shading in hair.
- Red shirt is barely showing. It needs to be darker. Needs shade.
The choice of colors don't "excite" me, but they are ok. Better color cooperation(contrast) could improve this piece.

Do you use Photoshop to color??
You're RIGHT!!! I forgot to shade the jacket and shirt!! But shading the outer hair's confusing...
And yes, I use photoshop to color it. It's way easier than other programs.
If you're using Photoshop like me, maybe you should consider making line art out of your sketches before doing the coloring. The picture looks a lot cleaner that way.
