Title: RMX-OS Features and bug fixes needed
Post by: whitespirits on May 12, 2014, 03:35:41 pm
Hi guys, Been a few weeks and I thought I would setup a post and state a few things I think will just top RMX-OS off,

-Laggy walking Fix
-Party health display system
-Heal other members of group/ use of mouse system

Not many but will make it such a better tool for use, Im almost ready to start beta but still need few fixes

This may sound silly, but are none of the existing mouse use systems not work at all with RMXOS? I could have sworn that there was some limited success with the one Blizzard made: http://forum.chaos-project.com/index.php/topic,4710.0.html

Am I mistaken?

Something you should keep in mind is that sometimes with larger projects like RMXOS, they're meant as more of a basic framework that you have to work with and modify to fit your needs and tie-ins. It's not going to work for everyone and do everything they want it to right out of the box. Either you need to use it within the constraints as provided to you, or, make some mods and add some features yourself.

How many times are you seriously going to keep posting about the "laggy walking"?

Until I fix it most probably. ._.;
But I'm actually ok with him posting this, because it keeps reminding me that I have work to do.

Well, I used to be fully clueless about it too, then I started having needs for script mods, which were either a combo of features of one script added to another, or, a simple tweak of something. So  I started reverse-engineering scripts, and found out what happened when I did different things; Now I'm comfortable doing small to medium sized edits, and they (usually) turn out okay,
