The game starts out with simple graphics, but "upgrades" as you collect certain items. In the end you even have a pretty nice looking 3D environment. I already put it on my wishing list, lol!
Looks like a very interesting and fresh idea. :)
Absolutely loved this game. I recommend it to anyone who loved Final Fantasy/Zelda. It's got a nice mashup of a few RPG's and RPG systems. It's pretty neat.
I'll get it either the next time it's on sale or if I get bored this weekend. xD
If I remember right, I didn't want to get it until it was on sale as well. xD
