Introduction
This simple event system will allow you to have an animated windowskin! Keep in mind, however. This doesn't work on the menu.

Instructions
Create a new common event. Make it a paralell process. Your event should look like this...


<>Wait 3 Frames (This is the frame delay. It can be at anything!)
<>Change Skin System 'Blue1 (This is the first frame)'
<>Wait 3 Frames
<>Change Skin System 'Blue2' (This is the second frame! You can make as many as you want)
