Looks good so far. You should make the black skins' background a bit different and fix the glitch of the blue arrow in the lower right corner. Have you tried using Photoshop? You can easily make some nice textures or other stuff to tune up your skins. You should also tune up the other (smaller) arrows a bit. Some texture would do good. Or a glassy effect would be cool, similar to the gems in the skin of this forum.

Thanks for the advice Blizz. I haven't used Photoshop or tried. I have been using Paint.net.
