But there should be a provision to move it as we like (AKA scroll bars or like). I had to wait till all the shouts scrolled down for checking out your response and I don't like to wait >.<

Only the last 10 shouts are displayed, use "View all" if you wanna see them all.

Its actually annoying,  Im trying to read each shouts and it scrolls, so I gotta read quick and such.. then it goes down after it hits the recent shout.

I say take off the autoscroll

Hovering on the shouts stops the scrolling, but there might still be shouts we'd like to see beyond the borders. I don't care if it scrolls, it even looks good, but there should be manual scrolling too.

I voted for autoscroll, but I want manual scrolling too, auto scroll is cool.

uhh, it says, 6/4 in favor of No... the question is 'Do you want the shoutbox to keep scrolling?' so voting no, means get rid of auto-scroll...

I don't see why pple care it scrols :( they can always just click view all or point mouse over it

But the point of a shoutbox is that you can see it everywhere instantly without having to click a link or something. And besides, it never stops scrolling if you use Opera. -_-

Yeah.

IE purpose: Making everything as difficult as possible.

Example: When I was working with my project team on the website part of the project, every browser interpreted the banner's colors right, except for IE how made them darker or some wtf added effect.

Blzzard i think u shoutbox got ugly becuse more than 60% of the users said it is ugly

i dont care if the shoutbox is scroling himself, allwais view all XD.
